A Proposed Framework for the Governance of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Tools in Scientific Research Writing at Yemeni Universities

This study aimed to develop a proposed framework for governing the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools in scientific research writing within Yemeni universities. A descriptive-survey methodology was employed, utilizing a 30-item questionnaire administered to a purposive sample of (180) academic leaders and faculty members, alongside (11) experts to validate the proposed framework. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods (T-test and One-Way ANOVA) were used for hypothesis testing. Findings revealed that the current reality of governance practices was "Weak" (M=2.60), while opportunities were rated "High" (M=3.95), and challenges recorded the highest rating (M=4.06). Regarding hypotheses: The results showed no statistically significant differences attributable to the job position variable across all dimensions. However, significant differences were found at (0.05) attributable to the university variable in the "Reality" and "Challenges" dimensions, while no significant differences were observed in the "Opportunities" dimension. The research concluded with a comprehensive operational governance framework featuring an executive matrix and flexible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that account for technical disparities among Yemeni universities while safeguarding academic integrity.

The Degree of Academic Leaders Practice of Strategic Leadership in Jordanian Universities

The study aimed to identify the degree of academic leaders' practice of strategic leadership in Jordanian universities, and the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of strategic leadership practice, the study sample consisted of (400) faculty members who were selected by relative random method, with a percentage of (11%), and the results of the study showed that the degree of academic leaders' practice of strategic leadership in Jordanian universities as a whole came to a (great) degree; According to the following order: the field of strategy implementation is in the first place, followed by the field of strategy design in the second place, followed by the field of strategy monitoring and evaluation in the third place, followed by the field of strategic environment in the fourth place, and the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the responses of the study sample members about The degree to which academic leaders practice strategic leadership in Jordanian universities from the faculty members' point of view is attributed to variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and type of university), because universities, regardless of these variables, seek to practice strategic leadership as a fixed approach that ensures continuity and adaptability. These educational institutions approach challenges and opportunities in a similar way, reflecting the nature of the social and educational environment to which academic leaders belong.The study recommended working to strengthen the management of universities, continuing to apply strategic leadership in order to achieve educational goals, enhancing the role of the university administration with its interest in strategic leadership, and enhancing the requirements of applying a safe psychological environment for its employees, especially under the current circumstances, and working to spread the culture of strategic leadership among university employees in order to achieve sustainable development

Analysis of Stability (2+1)-Dimensional Fuzzy Navier-Stokes Equations Based on Lipschitz Condition

We apply a rigorous stability analysis to the two-dimensional fuzzy Navier-Stokes equations that are formulated under the α-cut representation. For this study, we used the nonlinear advection-pressure operator to test the Lipschitz condition of the fuzzy velocity field on the initial fuzzy data in order to prove its continuous dependence. The fuzzy version of the Navier-Stokes model introduces uncertainty in fundamental physical parameters including viscosity, density, and external forces. We express the system in abstract operator form, while also arriving at a differential inequality that governs the evolution of perturbation between two fuzzy solutions. By Lipschitz continuity and Grönwall’s inequality, the differential between any two fuzzy velocity solutions is shown to be bounded by an exponential function of time. Hence, it is demonstrated that at every α-level the fuzzy Navier-Stokes system is stable, such that the overall fuzzy solution will inherit the stability property. This provides a theoretical foundation for analyzing uncertain or imprecise fluid dynamics models, which can be expanded to energy stability or numerical verification in further research.

The Role of Diplomacy in Preventing Climate Conflicts

Climate change has become a priority threat multiplier, which increases existing vulnerabilities and creates new conflict opportunities in the twenty-first century. The current research examines how diplomatic strategies can play the role of reducing the climate-based conflicts by using a systematic literature review that is performed following PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items to Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) recommendations. The study reviewed peer-reviewed articles, institutional reports, and policy documents that were published in 2020-2026 and were found in Google Scholar, PubMed, and institutional repositories. Out of the original identification of 847 records, 23 studies that met the strict inclusion criteria were included in the final synthesis after being screened and evaluated in a systematic manner. The study aims to trace how the framework of climate diplomacy has evolved, how effective the international institutions have been in dealing with the climate-security nexus, and what challenges and opportunities exist in dealing with the issue of the climate-security nexus through diplomatic intervention. The evidence suggests that climate diplomacy is no longer a peripheral issue, but it is becoming central to the concept of security, and that the international organizations are increasingly incorporating climate aspects into their peacebuilding and conflict-prevention policy. Some of the important diplomatic vehicles are the multilateral forums like the United Nations Security Council, regional organizations like the European Union and ASEAN, and specialized groups like the Arctic Council. This research contributes to the existing knowledge about the role of diplomatic instruments in strategic use to become the conflict prevention tool and the tool of sustainable peace during the time of rapid environmental change.
